Return Policy
We hope you love your piece as much as we loved making it. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, returns will be eligible for store credit only. To initiate returns or exchanges, please email us at info@harperhart.com. Because each piece is handcrafted, we kindly ask that items be unworn and returned in their original condition.
Production Timeline
Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days to allow time for production, processing, and handling.

Due to their natural state, these precious stones are delicate and fragile. Please be kind and handle with care.
Made for style, not swimming. Please remove your jewelry before washing hands, showering, or swimming.
Shine on. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, or sunscreen to keep your jewelry from tarnishing.
Items may have shifted during flight. When traveling, protect your jewelry in a soft bag to prevent damaging or scratching your pieces.
